A phone discussion to continue problem solving and provide support to you and your family when navigating life with a loved one living with dementia. We continue to modify our approach as this disease is progressive and we are all individuals. I will strive to provide continual support through the entire process in order to allow you and your family to live life to its fullest. (Paid per 15$ per 15-minute increments)
